Our Policies

Please take a moment to read over our policies as we do expect all our guests to abide.

Absolutely NO PEOPLE UNDER 25 are allowed to book a stay with us. You must be 25 OR OLDER. We also would appreciate that the MAXIMUM number of guests are respected. For example, if your suite says a MAXIMUM of 4 people in the room, there shouldn't be anymore than this number in the room.

PARTIES are not tolerated. You can definitely enjoy the wonderful South Florida night life as you are steps away from the best restaurants and night clubs in town!

NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside or outside of the property.
